Are you a Senior Fundraiser looking to further your career in innovation? Do you have market research experience and the ability to analyse data, looking at trends and being able to apply them? Or perhaps you have some solid Project Administration experience within a charity?
A leading global charity is seeking a Senior Fundraising Innovation Scout to continue the amazing work which has been underway by facilitating the delivery of three products in partnership with different teams across the fundraising division.
The role is responsible for accelerating the innovation across the division by establishing a new team, offering additional capacity. You will provide a horizon-scanning function to really maximise funding opportunities as well as trends that arise. This will drive continuous improvement and becoming the go-to-person for the team.
The successful candidate will bring a combination of hands-on proactivity and strategic evaluation to the role.
Duties;
Create, lead and implement overall processes, approaches and methods for supporting fundraising teams - use a variety of innovation techniques.
Actively engage with startups and the digital innovation space to ensure the charity is at the forefront
Project managing of innovation briefs
Form, manage and cultivate a new horizon-scanning function to identity trends.
Keep Innovation best practice updated, provide advise and guidance, coaching
Experience;
Fundraising or marketing qualification
Solid relationship building, negotiation, communication, presentation experience
Strong IT, Excel and PowerPoint
Delivering or working to deliver
Proven record of fundraising, innovation, marketing, new product / service
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary team teams, develop clear and captivating stragey
Experience of project management, designing new ways of working
Taking ownership
Logical and problem solving
