They are looking for someone to support the banking executives with a range of duties, and ensure that the internal offices run as smoothly as the client facing offices.

This is a new role, as the company have rapidly grown and are continuing to!

As PA to the investment banking executives, your role will be truly varied with no two days the same!

Complex diary management for junior investment banking professionals
Arranging a high volume of often complex multi stop travel
Setting up extensive meetings ensuring all parties are looped in
Extensive stakeholder liaison
Processing expenses
Form a part of the close knit and friendly Admin team
