An exciting opportunity has arisen with a prominent Welfare Charity as a Supporter Care / Fundraising Income and Database Executive.

The Supporter Care / Fundraising Income and Database Executive will provide support to the Fundraising team by ensure that all income in correctly recorded on the database and to take the lead on the thanking process, ensuring each individual supporter is acknowledged in a timely manner.

Duties;
• Maintain and update the Raiser’s Edge database making sure all fundraising income is recorded accurately
• Lead on the income processing team – liaising with Finance team to located any unknown donations
• Data Protection – adhere to policies with regards to supporter information, processes
• Update supporter consent in line with GDPR
• Thank Donors in the correct manner

The successful candidate will have;
• Experience in working in an administrative function with a customer relationship management database.
• Experience of using a variety of research resources
• Evidence of strong organisational skills; methodical in approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write own correspondence and draft effective copy.
• Knowledge of the data protection act in regards to relational databases and compliance
• Basic understanding of fundraising practices.
• Knowledge of and ability to use Raiser’s Edge CRM database.
