Part-Time Office Manager | West London
£32,000 Pro-rated +Discretionary bonus scheme + Pension + 25 Days Holiday
Hours: Part-Time 20 Hours per week. Either 3 days or 10-3

Our client is a small but high level consultancy firm based near West Kensington, they work with the top management of leading international companies as well as world-renowned academics.
They are looking for a helpful and organised Part-time Office Manager to join their small close knit team in their West London offices.
On a daily basis you will be:
• Finance: Liaising with the external book-keeper on the finance function including invoicing, making supplier payments, keeping finance logs and trackers and assisting with monthly payroll
• Personnel: Basic HR duties such as tracking holidays, dealing with payroll queries, and updating personnel files
• Executive Assistance: Assisting the Senior EA with diary management as needed as well as occasional travel booking and agenda support
• Office Management: Running the office including facilities, overseeing the IT Function, looking after insurances, Health and Safety
• Ad hoc: A range of other projects including GDPR process management
This would be perfect for someone based in the West London area, who is looking for a part-time role totalling 20 hours a week within a professional and friendly, family run office.
