Salary - £35,000 - £40,000

Our client is a leading global management consultancy based in London. They are looking for a fabulous Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to join the team in this newly created role and due to their growth, this is an exciting time to join the company.

Key aspects within the role:
Executive support - EA support to Principals and Directors to help them be more productive to include managing their diary and booking their travel
Project support - support consulting projects by scheduling meetings, keeping things on track, proof reading, preparing documents and generally pitching in to assist the project teams in a variety of ways
Office Coordination - coordinate the day-to-day operational and administrative functions for the office, provide reception and phone support for the office, including greeting clients, answering phones and emails, managing couriers and petty cash

Ideally you would have come from a fast paced office background, with experience in customer service. Your incredible attention to detail, and strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks are key to this role. Advanced proficiency with MS Office, and ease in working with office technology and systems is strongly desired in this position.
