We are working with a leading Managed Services provider to the NHS to recruit a Bid & Tender Manager.

A ‘no fear’ ethos, which encourages questions and a feedback policy generating thought provoking dialogue ensuring the best outcomes for all stakeholders.

Your role will be to take ownership of the end to end bid process, reviewing all tender opportunities assessing for suitability and managing and delivering successful tender responses and proposals as well as reviewing and integrating sub-contractor bids.

You must be a savvy bid writer with strong ability to write persuasive and articulate bids within the imposed word count.

You will need to quickly get to know this high performing team to understand everyone’s skill set in order to assemble a bid-team relevant for each individual tender, drawing on the vast internal expertise as required.

You will be joining a fast-growing team with a huge workload so delivering on your accountabilities from the outset is essential.

You will be provided with in depth training direct by the CEO before moving on to be managed by the Commercial Contract Manager. You must however have experience working with or for the NHS.

Location is key for this role and if you are within easy driving distance there is on-site parking and if you don’t drive or public transport works better the offices are served by several nearby stations.
