As this firm continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a graduate to join a leading boutique Executive Search. The successful candidate will have some administration experience, and be able to support Partners in research activities across wide-ranging sectors.

The role:

Research is at the heart of what they do. The research team is responsible for identifying and developing candidates, and acting in support of business development activities through maintaining a broad, sector oriented knowledge base. Research is primarily conducted through direct contact with senior executives, sources on the telephone, and supported through tools such as their database, the internet and various industry publications. The other half will be spent undertaking PA tasks to the senior team.
