My client own a fantastic serviced office space in the heart of the City with incredible views and lovely internal space.
Due to the growth of the business, they have a created a new Sales and Property Coordinator role to support the Director and wider business.
This is a hands on role and a very varied one offering a mixture of client services and administration.
Duties will include;
Booking and conducting viewings
Being the first point of contact for potential clients
Negotiating sales and closing deals
Booking appointments, visits and travel arrangements
Assisting with queries; client and internal communications
Maintaining offices and commercial properties
Formulating business documentation and reports
Liaising with clients with property leaseholds; renewals or leases
Arranging and attending events
