We are currently recruiting for a Membership Administrator to join a high profile global professional association.
Based in fantastic offices in easy reach of Victoria this is a great role to join a friendly, professional and fast paced team. Reporting directly into the COO who is happy to give lots of autonomy you will be busy with lots of different duties on a daily basis, including:
Act as first aider (training given)
Health & safety duties
Managing inboxes, flagging, forwarding and responding
Processing invoices
Ordering supplies and stationery
Meeting and greeting guests
Booking meeting rooms and proactively resolving any conflicts
Liaise with building management as needed
HR Administration and record keeping
Liaison with company mobile phone provider
Liaison with a range of suppliers and stakeholders
