Interim Project Manager – Compliance/Governance/Fundraising – Health Charity – Maine Charity

Are you a strong Project Manager with experience in managing cross-functional teams? Can co-ordinate teams and deliver a project in a relatively short period of time? Do you enjoy a challenge? Then this may be the role for you.
The purpose of the role is to lead the final stage of an implementation programme, supporting teams to ensure their output is maximised before the set deadline.

The ideal post holder will be responsible for:

• Daily management of different teams and their output throughout each aspect of the programme
• Delivering a consent campaign in line with approved strategy
• Getting the database systems arranged
• Supporting, delivering and sharing polices, process and good practice
• Working with other teams to keep staff and volunteers updated with changes
• Reporting to senior stakeholders to progress and risk

Essential Skills;

• Confident and available immediately
• A trained Project Manager with experience of delivering urgent projects within tight deadlines.
• Using to working in cross discipline teams (database, compliance, governance, fundraising)
• Excellent communicator
• Effective risk management
• Accountable
