An amazing new opportunity has arisen here at The Maine Group for a Resourcer to join the Maine Charity team.

The Maine Charity team is approaching its second birthday and due to the high level of success it is experiencing, we are looking to grow our team. As a Resourcer you will be a pivotal member of the highly experienced team and will be responsible for;

• Researching and mapping sector talent
• Sourcing and selecting candidates and providing a high level of care and support
• Advertising for potential candidates via various methods
• Identifying specific skills to match with vacancies
• Providing full candidate and administration support to the consultants in the team

This is an amazing role where you will be working with some of the UK’s biggest charities, as well as getting an insight into the busy world of recruitment.
