PA to MD

Job title: PA to MD | 12 month maternity contract

Location: City, Fenchurch Street

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus pension, gym membership, 26 days holiday.

Hours 9.30am - 5.30pm

The role:

Join a well-established forward thinking insurance company as PA to the Managing Director and the wider team within the North America division.

This is a pivotal support role and as the PA, your duties will include:

*Complex travel arrangement
*Diary management
*Arranging events and conferences
*Assist the Managing Director in managing and ensuring regular communications with Team leaders
*Attending important meetings and taking minutes
*Working on ad hoc projects

The ideal candidate:
