The aim of the role is to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research in order to form insights into client’s culture and leadership strengths and gaps. Gathering data, bringing it to life and telling the story behind your analysis are examples of some of the typical responsibilities.

To really be a front runner for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the commercial world, with a strong academic record in an analytical subject, strong Excel skill who is comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
