Senior Fundraising Manager - Maine Charity - Children's Charity

Are you a strong leader with proven experience of inspiring a supporter focused community team?

This position is a very proactive role, demanding a high level of strategic input to drive and shape community fundraising for the charity. With overall management of a team of 15 and direct management of 3, you will drive the community team in working with thousands of supporters to deliver ambitious targets.

We are looking for an inspiring leader with significant experience in a community/events fundraising team. You will have proven line-management experience, budget management experience and an enterprising attitude.
