Individual Givings Manager - Maine Charity

Our client, a wonderful welfare charity is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead their direct marketing programme to maximise income and engagement through recruiting, retaining and adding value to their supporters.

With significant experience in successfully delivering B2C direct marketing campaigns including project management of direct mail, online and telephone fundraising campaigns you will deliver vibrant supporter acquisition initiatives and a great supporter experience.

Some additional experience required;
• Developing effective partnerships working across a wide range of agencies including creative, print, data and response handling
• Relevant experience in Supporter Care/Customer Service
• Significant experience in database management
• Experience of line managing staff
