A popular London based charity is currently seeking a Philanthropy Manager to join their team and develop a strategy which ensures the team grows its income, meeting or exceeding target.

Your main responsibilities will include;

Leading a managing a high performing team
Leading on high value gifts at £100k+
Working closely with the CEO to engage higher level donors

To apply for this you should have/be;


Significant experience of securing, managing and developing significant and ongoing major giving relationships with individuals
Demonstrable experience of working in a major giving role in a dynamic fundraising environment, with a track record of success
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in a fast paced, demanding and dynamic fundraising environment
Ability to undertake in-depth research and basic data analysis
Experience of successfully motivating, leading and developing high performance teams, including setting clearly defined objectives and managing performance
