This role is based on the Front of House for a professional and fast paced finance company in the heart of the City. They have light and airy offices with an outside decked area giving you a wonderful working space. You will be part of a team of 2 based on reception.
You will be the first point of contact for external clients as well as internal colleagues.
Duties will include:
Monitor and facilitate room bookings
Assist with client events
Co-ordinate with the Catering Assistant
Greet guests and answer all telephone calls
General administration to support the Directors
They are a lovely team and are looking for someone who is an approachable and confident team player. Someone who can work well under pressure, is able to prioritise and provide a first class service to clients. The company have a strong culture and often get complimented on their ethos and values.
Previous reception experience is essential for this role along with outstanding communication skills and a friendly and warm disposition. Fantastic hours working 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
