Join a leading recruitment firm in the heart of the City. They are looking for a confident and switched on Receptionist and Administrator to support a team of 6 successful consultants.

The team are extremely busy and require a strong and highly organised administrator. Someone who enjoys being organised, has excellent communication skills, being the ambassador for the company and has a good eye for detail.

What does the role involve?

Being the first point of contact for clients and candidates
Data entry - adding and updating client information onto the database
Preparing presentations
Managing the company website
Ordering all company supplies and stationery
Running detailed checks for temporary candidates including reference and credit checks
Organising all work social events including the summer and Christmas parties
Booking restaurants
Answering all incoming calls, screening calls and taking messages
This is a pivotal role and you will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy along with a bubbly and confident personality. Please note this role is an immediate start.
