Team Assistant – Interior Design

Join a forward thinking and highly creative interior design company based close to London Bridge station.

In this role, you will be supporting the Project and Design Director along with the wider team.  A fantastic business with a strong culture and excellent work ethics.

This role has become available due to an internal promotion which highlights the progressive nature of the company.

Duties will include:

Working alongside the Graphic Designer to prepare pitch presentation documentation for client pitches 
Attending and minuting client meetings
Team event management
Arranging all client and internal meetings
Preparation of Board reports for monthly Board meetings
Preparation of presentations involving the use of InDesign, Word, Excel
Attending and minuting all internal meetings as requested.
Team point of contact for internal and external clients via telephone and email
