Database Officer - International Charity - Maine Charity

Our client, an international charity, is currently seeking a Database Officer to join their Supporter Care team.
Your main responsibilities will include;
• Running data selections
• Managing data flow for appeals
• Produce reports and analytics for the fundraising team
• Maintaining a helpdesk inbox
• Deliver Raisers Edge training to internal stakeholders
• Data housekeeping

To apply for this position you should have/be;
• Experience of Raisers Edge (including imports, exports and queries)
• Experience of database administration ideally within fundraising
• Experience of dealing with external agencies such as mailing houses and data management companies
• A working knowledge of Import-o-Matic
• Experience of creating data selections, queries and segmentation for appeals
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
