Personal Assistant - Beauty

Executive Assistant/Office Manager

An outstanding opportunity to work directly for a high profile CEO of a prominent beauty company in the heart of Mayfair.  They offer a wide range of high end products and services with award winning treatments.

This is an all encompassing role which will be completely hands on and requires a strong and resilient individual.

Roles and responsibilities:

Diary management
Pre-meeting preparation - prepping the CEO for all meetings, including researching new contacts and preparing a synopsis of the purpose of the meeting
Post-meeting synopsis
Researching new beauty products - arranging sample testing and reporting results for new products
Arranging corporate events
Working closely with the PR team
Presentations - assisting with background research and preparing PowerPoint presentations
Managing Head Office and supplies - keeping the office tidy and presentable at all times.
Managing health and safety as well as fire regulations within the Head Office
Managing office subscriptions to magazines and online resources
Arranging travel and accommodation plans for CEO, the other directors and other executives
Providing administrative support for the Directors upon request
Must be prepared to be contacted out of hours on occasion when and as the CEO needs support
Are you the right fit?

You will need to be:

Efficient and self-confident - with experience of working within a busy team
Full of energy - expect to be out and about a lot
Eloquent and not phone shy - if the CEO busy, you will be fielding calls
At ease with social media - you'll be involved with CEO's personal SM accounts and blog in association with the marketing and PR team and beauty blog.
Confident with technology - eg syncing CEO’s devices across mobile and desktop, using MS Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
Well presented 

Essentials:

A proven background as an EA and Office Manager within the beauty industry
Exceptional communication skills
A proactive and hands-on approach to work
A clean UK driving licence
