Site Based Account Manager

Our client, a contracts and services provider to the NHS, are seeking a key team member to manage their new client site and act as the conduit between client and head office to ensure excellence of service delivery.

Act as site based Account Manager for the trust
Liaise and communicate effectively with supplier and sub-contractor staff
Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s to ensure effective and efficient delivery
Identify and troubleshoot issues
Liaise extensively with head office and management on service and process improvements
You will have extensive experience as a stakeholder liaison specialist and exposure to contract management and execution.

You will need to be a tenacious and hard-working self-starter with the excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly pick up systems and processes quickly.

Exposure within an NHS or healthcare environment is advantageous but not essential.
