Senior Account Manager

c£40k basic (depending on experiene) + commission package

An established IT services company based in South East London/Kent is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to work on new and established clients, upselling services and products and ensuring that the highest levels of customer services are offered to all clients.


Main responsibilities will include;
- Winning and securing new business from existing clients
- Retaining client accounts
- Developing long-term trusted client relationships
- Coordinating sales administration/database and quoting
- Preparing client proposals and report documents

To apply for this role you should have/be;

- Proven experience within a sales or account management role

- Previous MSP experience

- Techinical Sales experience
- Experience of working with and IT or Voice Services organisation
