Part-Time Office Assistant

Are you looking for a dream part time position? Are you available for 3 hours each morning?

We are seeking an Office Assistant to work from 8.00 – 11.00, Monday to Friday based in Mayfair.

As Office Assistant you will responsible for a range of duties including:
• Ensuring the kitchen is always fully stocked and re-ordering supplies before they get low
• Ordering lunches for the team
• Taking deliveries and unpacking
• Ordering stationary and ensuring everything is in stock
• Setting up meeting rooms for meetings
• Arranging breakfasts
• Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking messages
• Ensuring the printers are fully stocked with paper
• Assisting with events
• Assisting with Christmas gifting
• Other ad-hoc facilities projects
