Office Manager/Marketing Associate

Our client, a boutique investment firm are seeking an Office Manager. Within this role you will also you will provide Marketing and Administrative Support to the Marketing team, therefore if you have a genuine interest in this area in this could be a great role for you.

Located in beautiful Piccadilly you will be part of a close nit friendly team who are well respected and well known in their field. You will be responsible for running all aspect of office operations and providing direct EA support to the MD and in addition to your marketing responsibilities this will be a busy, pacey role. Key responsibilities include:

Working closely with various members of sales team on Private Equity, Real Assets, Real Estate and Hedge funds
Research and preparation of briefing notes for investor meetings
Constant use of CRM system to ensure all calls, meetings and new contacts are recorded in the system
Calendar management for the team (arranging meetings, making lunch & dinner reservations, organizing conference calls)
Creating and preparing reports for information management
Circulating information, reports, meeting notes and other summaries internally and to clients
Assist sales team in sending teasers and update emails, DD materials, and correspondence
Take minutes in team meetings
Arranging/booking travel as necessary
Arranging International travel booking
