Digital Marketing Executive

A prestigious, well - established Cosmetic Surgery and Skin company, with clinics located across the UK, are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive. We are seeking someone who is dynamic, a quick learner, and a self-starter, loves to be part of a team, confident speaking to Medical professionals and patients alike, enjoys a challenge, you are ideas driven and above all love working in social media.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Managing and creating content for all social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and Snapchat.
Able to write on-brand, always diplomatic and positive, being consistent in look and feel.
Responding to comments, queries and messages from all of the above promptly and effectively
Growing social media following on all accounts, generating new enquiries and assisting existing patients
Answering customer feedback on review sites such as Trustpilot, Consulting Rooms and Google
Investigating and resolving reviews
Developing the social media calendar along with the Marketing team
Analysing insights, metrics and figures on each social network site to produce accurate weekly reports to improve post content and research optimal posting times
Writing and editing copy for social adverts, events, web content

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working social media are fascinated by the world of Cosmetic Surgery, beauty/rejuvenation treatments and can cover all of the duties listed above, then we would love to hear from you.
