Head of Fundraising and Communications

Our client, a leading international development charity based in Essex is currently seeking a Head of Fundraising and Communications to lead, coach and steer their team.

As part of the senior management team you will hold joint responsibility for the strategic direction of the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include;
• Identifying and implementing initiatives to increase unrestricted funding.
• Ensuring events, trusts and community fundraising are profitable
• Managing and enhancing digital fundraising, CRM and the Website

To apply you should have/be;
• Educated to degree level
• Experience of working in senior management
• Proven experience in fundraising management at a senior level
• Proven track record of meeting income targets
