An amazing Development Charity has an exciting opportunity to join their finance team on an interim basis as a Finance Manager. You will have one direct report and will report directly to the Head of Finance.
The Finance Team provides wide-ranging support to the organisation. As the Finance Manageryou will be tasked with supporting the Head of Finance with best practice, financial management and systems/controls with regards to reporting.
To succeed, you will have proven experience working as a Financial Manager or be a Qualified Accountant. The role will require the candidate to be proactive and comfortable with coming up with new ideas that help streamline their processes.
Ideally the successful candidate will have;
Ÿ Qualified Accountant )or equivalent experience)
Ÿ Experience finance management and administration
Ÿ Sales invoicing processes
Ÿ Data management and manipulation
Ÿ Preparing financial reports
Ÿ Experience of year end procedures
Ÿ Processing VAT returns
Ÿ Excel & IT skills
Ÿ Reporting software (SSRS or Crystal) to integrate SQL databases.
