Resourcer/Team Assistant

An Amazing new opportunity has arisen here at The Maine Group for a Resourcer/Team Assistant to join this fun fast-paced team.

The Maine Group is a Consultancy in Recruitment with strong values and we are looking for someone to join the Maine family. As a Resourcer you will be a pivotal player in delivery and your day will involve; sourcing and selecting the highest quality candidates, networking and advertising for potential candidates via various methods, identifying specific skills to match appropriately with vacancies, as well as providing full candidate and administration support to the consultants. This includes PA duties such as diary and interview management, general administration tasks and involvement in ad hoc projects.

This is an amazing role where you will be liaising with a whole range of people as well as getting an insight into the busy world of recruitment. It’s a real opportunity to pick up both resourcing/HR skills as well as PA experience.
