IMMEDIATE START! Contact centre customer service advisor

Are you someone who enjoys handling calls and helping others with their queries? Working in London, you'd have experience in a customer service contact centre.

Based in an incredibly busy contact centre you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries - prioritising and processing requests in a professional manner. You must have the ability to deal with a range of calls and provide resolution to any problems, expecting that some calls can come from those in a difficult situation.

You must have had experience of working within a demanding and fast paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills within an office setting.

It is essential that you enjoy phone work and liaising with people from all levels – as well as being confident using database systems and Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and Outlook on a daily basis.

Your communication skills will shine through your outstanding telephone manner, written documentation and grammar as well as showing your fantastic personality whilst you engage with both the team and customers.

Working 40 hours a week, 08:30 - 17:30 with flexible hours.
