You will work alongside a newly appointed director who is inspiring and ambitious who needs someone with a hunger to succeed, proactive and confident in communicating with candidates and clients. An interest in the insurance markets is an advantage but not essential, however more emphasis is placed on your desire to do the role and furthering your recruitment knowledge within a retained working environment.
