EA / Project Coordinator
Fantastic new role for supporting a close-nit friendly team at a leading Executive Search company.
This opportunity has been created due to growth of the business working alongside 3 other EAs and supporting the MD. This is a unique role split into two parts as the nature of the work offers lots of variety assisting with all project administration and supporting the MD with typical EA tasks. This role is client facing with extensive client communication, ensuring smooth flow of client logistics alongside all typical EA duties such as managing a busy diary and thinking through the details of every day. You will be self-motivate with a helpful and organised nature and comfortable juggling a range of projects semiseriously.
Key duties include:
Manage the calendar and day-to-day activity of the MD,
Manage scheduling and prioritisation for partners, clients
Define the workflow and schedule of search processes,
arranging virtual and in-person meetings.
Ensures accuracy of outgoing material by proof reading client
and candidate facing documents.
Coordinates and delivers supporting activities within the
Monitors and tracks tasks planned for the project team.
Maintains accurate reporting on internal project data sheets
