Temporary Executive Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Events Executive to cover a 2-3 month contract, to support a close-knit Executive team.

Working for this leading international asset management firm based in the heart of the City of London, you will be responsible for arranging all events from fruition to completion, sourcing venues, organising logistics, developing relationships, working to budgets, managing expectations as well as working within a fast paced environment.

You will love taking full responsibility, organising and coordinating people, be calm in a crisis and use initiative to alleviate any problems that arise. You will also have gained previous experience of working within a similar role, having experience of organising similar corporate events internationally.

Must be computer literate, have excellent written and verbal communication skills liaising at all levels and have proven/demonstrated experience of organising international events with volume attendees successfully.
