What does the role include?
*Working closely with the senior leadership team
*Be the first person of contact for professional HR services
*To ensure appropriate communication of changes to HR policies at management meetings
*To keep all appropriate staff records including training, development personal details and absence
*To administer all employees benefits programmes
*Provide assistance to managers in relation to disciplinary issues
*Induction of all new staff as directed by Department Managers
*Managing recruitment projects
*Assisting in management of the Receptionist & Office Manager
*Setting objectives for direct reports and assessing them against those objectives
*Maintain and ensure compliance with H&S policies
*Document all findings form H&S inspections
*Ensure adequate numbers of staff are trained in first aid
You will be a self-starter with a sound understanding of up-to-date employment law as well as having experience of supervising staff and managing employee relations. A fantastic opportunity for a confident and passionate HR professional.
