Business Manager | £45,000
A leading business psychology are seeking a Business Manager to be the day-to-day contact for specific clients and projects. You will liaise extensively with clients, consultants and the company’s wider support functions and some/all of your responsibilities will include:
•First point of contact for all client queries, both internal and external.
•Working closely with Client Directors, to manage the client relationship and to act as the ‘glue’ that holds the whole team together.
•Defining, shaping and role-modelling appropriate client rhythm, team structure and best practice, given client’s context and needs.
•Attending client meetings (internal and external) and client pitches, leading on appropriate items.
•Assisting with proposals, contract reviews, legals and negotiations.
•Working to increase impact with clients through a more coherent, sustainable and effective way of working.
•Having a complete knowledge of all own clients’ activities
•Awareness of and contribution to conversations regarding impact of client’s resourcing and activity on wider business.
•Complex diary management and scheduling large volumes of client appointments (including in person and via
telephone/video conference), working to tight deadlines across multiple geographies.
This is a principal role within the business and as the role will require extensive communication with C-suite clients you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage expectations of key stakeholders. Previous experience in a client facing/projects management roles along with a solid academic background is essential.
