Temporary HR Systems and Data Analyst – International Development Charity – Maine Charity

Are you a HR Systems specialist? Do you have experience in implementation? Then this is a great opportunity for you to join exciting team to support an ongoing project.

We’re looking for:
• Someone with experience of leading/co-leading implementation of a new HRIS
• Who will ask the right questions to help the charity identify whether or not we need a new system. If they need a new system, help them scope out what they need and develop a spec
• Strong on data and reporting to help with management information and reporting from our current HRIS (iTrent)
• Experience with any other systems extensively e.g. Cascade or CIPHR. Obviously experience of iTrent would be marvellous
