Temp Receptionist/Administrator | £14-15.00 p/h | 5 hours per day Mon-Fri

Fantastic and immediate opportunity has arisen for an incredibly well presented Receptionist/Administrator, working for a high end bank based in the heart of the West End.

You must have excellent presentation skills, exceptional communication at all levels and have experience of representing a fast paced company based front of house.

Duties will include:

- answering calls

- transferring/taking messages

- booking meeting rooms

- setting up and clearing meeting rooms

- making teas and coffees

- greeting/meeting guests/clients

- building relationships as well as working in a close-knit team

Supporting senior staff with all administration based front of house you will work on your own initiative, be proactive and be happy to work 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. You must have previous experience of working within a front of house Receptionist/Admin role, be able to start ASAP and commit until December 2107 possibly longer.
