Temp Customer Service Advisor/Receptionist | £11.00 p/h | 1 month possibly longer
Located in West London you will be working for a Housing Association based at Reception dealing with face to face queries and enquiries over the telephone.
You must have office customer service experience dealing with irate customers and resolving queries. It is essential that you know how to handle people at all levels, you can keep calm in a fast paced and demanding environment, know how to listen, show empathy and develop relationships with customers on a daily basis. You must also be intermediate levels using databases, MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
