Compensation, Rewards and Performance Manager – HR
£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Are you a Senior HR professional with a generalist background but who has recently specialised in Compensation and Performance?
We are working with a Global Oil firm who are seeking a new member for their London based HR team to manage their Compensation and Performance strategy.
As well as a solid HR background and qualification you will have strong specialist exposure within Compensation/Rewards and Performance. It is also crucial that you have held a global role previously and rolled out Compensation and Performance policies across different regions.
Your exposure to Compensation must include design and implementation of reward frameworks for top level Executives as well as the total Employee community. You will have also had experience of designing and writing robust policy frameworks to support both the compensation and performance piece.
It would be advantageous if you have previously worked within the Oil or Consultancy industry.
