Receptionist, £25,000 - £28,000

Working for a lovely financial services company, you will be an ambassador for the business delivering a high quality service. You will be joining a down to earth, friendly and highly professional team.

What does the role involve?

- Booking meetings for all staff
- Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments
- Responsible for setting up rooms for conferences
- Booking couriers
- Responsible for booking events, lunches and dinners
- Looking after petty cash
- Junior PA duties
- Meeting and greeting all guests
- Taking and fielding all calls
- General administration duties

Are you the ideal candidate?

Excellent customer service skills, you will love interacting with people at all levels. Friendly, professional and well presented with fantastic communication skills. Strong written and verbal skills, if you have knowledge of Mandarin, this will certainly be an advantage although not essential. Previous reception experience is a must have for the role.
