Reception/Admin - £10.00 per hour - City of London
Executive Search firm based in the City requires temp Receptionist/Admin for their front of house.
You will be:
- Liaising with people at all levels, booking rooms, clearing and setting up rooms, making teas and coffees
- Working within a professional environment and following processes accurately
- Meeting and greeting, answering all calls and transferring, taking messages and being the face of the organisation.
You will need:
- Intermediate levels using Outlook and MS Word
- excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
We require someone that would like to cover their reception as and when they need temp cover throughout the year.
