Applications Administrator | Loughton, Essex | £30,400 OTE

We are working with a short-term loan provider based in Loughton looking for an Applications Administrator to joining their friendly team. You will be responsible for reviewing new customer’s applications and making sure that all details are correct before funding.

The business is an award winning short- term loan provider, with an excellent reputation for providing outstanding customer service. They provide an intense two-week training program to give you all the skills needed to do well and reach those targets to increase your earnings. The culture is buzzy and you will be working with supportive team leaders who lead by example. As the company have had solid success for a number of years now, they are looking to grow which means there are great progression opportunities for the right candidates.

You will be a team player with great attention to detail. A confident telephone manner is crucial for this role, as well as the ability to manage your workload and meet strict deadlines. You will need a C or above in both GCSE Maths and English, and strong IT skills. Previous experience in the financial services is desirable but not essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving daily and monthly individual targets
• Offering a friendly and helpful point of contact
• Processing first time customer applications
• Ensure a responsible lending decisions are made
