Based in stunning Central London offices complete with a square surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, is a prestigious business advisory firm. They are now looking for a Receptionist with strong customer facing and administrative skills to join their busy team!
We are looking for a Front of House perfectionist who takes pride in their appearance, keeping the space immaculate and always offering a seven-star greeting to clients and colleagues alike!
You will be a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong Microsoft office skills and attention to detail.
This is an extremely busy and diverse position where you will be juggling multiple responsibilities including:
• Call management
• Authorise guest’s access to the office
• Full visitor management and hosting with no detail overlooked
• Set up meeting rooms and prepare refreshments
• Manage meeting room requests
• Book couriers and taxis
• Ad hoc duties
