Receptionist/Administrator | West End | £25-30,000 pa | temp to perm

Do you have an interest in the medical industry and working with high profile clients? Does your CV demonstrate that you have worked for companies for 2-4 years?

If so, we seek for a well renowned clinic in the heart of the West End, London, a Receptionist/Administrator.

Working within a close-knit team you will have previous experience of working within the medical industry/clinic, representing and being the face of the business. You will also have previous Reception/front of house experience working within a fast pace with a high levels of customer/client contact on a daily basis.

You will also have good working knowledge of using Excel, Outlook and MS Word. You will be quick to learn bespoke computer systems and enjoy working front of house within a demanding and incredibly busy working environment.

This role will require you to work 2 Saturdays per month (or less), however, you will be rewarded with a day off for doing so. You will wear many hats, required to be fully involved and actively be involved in engaging with clients, arranging appointments, showing empathy, giving information whilst providing a first class personable service; welcoming, remembering clients names, taking payments, calculations of treatments and balancing the books at the end of the day.

You will want to take full ownership of this role and be enthusiastic about being involved in all areas and developing with the business on a permanent basis.

You must be available immediately for an interview and ideally be able to start ASAP.
