Amazing opportunities to work in a call centre for a loan agency. This is a highly successful company currently going through rapid growth which means there are lots of quick progression opportunities!

A typical shift will involve:

- Calling customers to go through their online loan application

- Verifying employment details to get the loan approved

- Building rapport with customers to win repeat business

- Handling incoming queries from potential customers

It really is as easy as that! Full training will be required, so experience wise all you need is good communication skills and to be comfortable chatting on the phone. GCSEs in Maths and English, and the ability to input data in to the database in a timely manner is a must.

Working days will be 5 days per week (this can be weekdays and weekends, with 2 days off- overtime is available!)

Weekdays shift times are 8:00 to 16:00 or 10:00am to 18:30

Weekends hours are 8:00 to 15:30

There are plenty of free residential parking spaces nearby, and you will be able to park in the company car park for free once you have successfully completed your 3 months probation.
