Temp EA Maternity Cover - 10 months

An Executive Assistant maternity cover for a private equity investment firm, based in West End - London. This is a brilliant opportunity for EAs with a finance background to experience working for a market leading organisation.

You will be responsible for complex diary management including arranging travel and coordinating meetings. In-box management and responding to incoming queries to the direct dials of investment execs. There will also be the opportunity to support upcoming fund-raising projects, so perfect if you are looking for a new challenge.

Ideally you will have a background in private equity or the finance sector, and must have experience providing EA/PA at senior level. Advanced working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel is also needed.
