A Personal Assistant temp vacancy for holiday cover working in a global management consultancy firm, based in London. This is a busy time for temp work and we are registering new candidates who are interested in temping for our clients over the next few months.

Key duties and responsibilities will be in-box management, complex diary management, coordinating meetings, preparing meeting packs, international travel bookings, taking minutes and other administrative duties.

Applicants must have recent experience working in a PA position. For this role you will need advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.

The working hours are 8:30 to 5:30.
