Office Manager

Temporary Office Manager with recent experience in similar role required to work for an innovative business in the media sector, based in London.

Your new company:
Your new company is one of UK's leading industry experts in a multidisciplinary media solutions business. They have been working across multiple platforms for over 10 years and provide a range of innovative solutions in media production.

Your new role:
You will handle company admin such as post, ordering office supplies, arranging travel and company equipment. You will also supervise basic health and safety matters such as first aid, fire marshal and facilities management. As the initial point of contact for HR queries, you will administrate absence approvals, any updates on the company handbook and policy documents, as well as looking after the on-boarding process of new starters. While the payroll and bookkeeping is outsourced, you will need to keep track of any overtime as well as any invoices, bills, expenses and credit card usage. You may be expected to also call clients to chase invoices and send client statements. Creating estimates and raising purchase orders, as well as scheduling rotas and ensuring cover during hours of support to client sites is also an important part of the role. Christmas party, leavers cards, and social drinks will also sometimes need to be arranged.

What you'll need to succeed:
Ideally we are looking for experienced Office Managers with a creative or media background. You will need to hit the ground running, and able to manage your workload with minimal to no supervision. We are looking for ambitious individuals who enjoy sinking their teeth in to meaty roles.
