Reward, Pay and Benefits Analyst | Up to £45,000 + Benefits

Are you an organised, detail orientated individual with previous project management and payroll experience? Our client is looking for a reward, pay and benefits analyst to join their HR team in stunning new offices based in London Bridge. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract position.

You will have an excellent understanding of payroll processes including previous experience using Sage payroll systems; as well as advanced excel skills. You will have articulate verbal, numeric and written communication skills and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of duties such as:

• Payroll

• Administration of benefit schemes

• Ad-hoc reports

• Annual tax year end procedures

• Leading and supporting projects
