Office Manager for progressive Recruitment Company
Our client is a boutique high level Executive Recruitment company; they work with leading International Organisations with an established client base across all sectors. Due to company expansion they are now looking for an Office Manager as the current individual in this position transitions into a different role within the business. Within this position, you will work closely with directors, consultants and clients and act as the go to person for all operation and administrative support.
It is essential you have proven experience of processing timesheets and invoicing within a fast paced environment, preferably in a recruitment environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Timesheet and Invoices
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Raising contracts
- Preparing staff payroll
- Preparing contractor payroll
- Generating and Tracking Amended terms
- Reconciling compliance and contracts
- Booking travel for directors
- Ordering stationary
- Assisting with IT issues
